1. Definitions and interpretations

(b) What Information do we share?
(i) As a general rule, we do not share any information of our User(s) with any third parties, and our Platform has a robust mechanism to prevent such unauthorised access through our inbuilt security
(ii) In case, the integration feature is enabled, we may share platform alerts through the notification feature to only when they are configured at the end of the User.
(iii) Information can be shared by us to the team, associates, and or affiliates of the User also, by using our platform, only if the access is granted by the User.
(iv) Lottery winners’ information, including names and prize amounts, may be publicly shared to ensure transparency and build trust.
(v) Any payment related information is stored and collected directly through a recognized secure payment gateway (stripe and razorpay), and the PEESAH does not bear any responsibility for usage of such information. However, we may share the Registered User’s account collected at our end to the secured payment gateway for processing your billings, and invoices. While our administrators are able to view and track actual transactions via customer portals, we do not have access to or process your credit card or any other payment mode information.
(vi) Records of customer support interactions and communication with users are retained for quality assurance and issue resolution purposes. The Users have the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications and may manage their communication preferences.
(vii) Non-personal and aggregated data may be shared with partners, advertisers, or other third parties for analytical purposes without disclosing individual identities.
